Servo Instrument

This week I worked on an instrument that this controlled by a light detecting resistor. When the resistor receives less light the servo moves faster, when the resistor receives more light the servo moves slower.

One of the shop monitors helped me to build the code that communicates through my Arduino. I was originally confused about what exactly the code was saying but I met with a resident and they helped explain the code and re-write it to be less confusing, see below:

As and exercise I am going to re-write the code by hand to try to understand it better.

I added an arm to my servo with a found bolt and set up a couple of pieces of found metal to make the instrument. See below or at the this link:
